| Internal | Draft, Published, On Hold, Closed |

Effects
On Career Page
Only Published jobs appear on your public career page.
On Existing Applications
Changing status does not affect candidates already in the pipeline. You can still move them through stages and schedule interviews.
On Email Automation
Automated emails (application received, rejection) only trigger for Published jobs.
Common Workflows
Standard: Draft → Published → Closed
With pause: Draft → Published → On Hold → Published → Closed
Internal first: Draft → Internal → Published → Closed
Tips
- Close jobs promptly when filled
- Avoid leaving jobs On Hold indefinitely
- Use Internal for confidential searches
- Delete abandoned drafts rather than closing them
