Manage candidate applications through your hiring pipeline.
Overview
The Applications module is where you review candidates, schedule interviews, collect evaluations, and make hiring decisions. Each application represents a candidate's submission to a specific job.

Quick Start
- Click Jobs in the sidebar and select a job
- Click the Applications tab to view applications for that job
- Click any application name to open the detail page
- Review resume, schedule interviews, submit evaluations
- Move candidates through pipeline stages
Application Page Layout
Each application opens as a single scrollable page — no tabs. Sections are arranged in a two-column layout on wide screens.
Main column (top to bottom):
- Match Insights — AI match score, key strengths, areas of concern
- Resume — parsed resume content, skills, PDF viewer
- Interviews — automated, upcoming, and past interviews
- Evaluations — stage, interview, and additional evaluations
- Follow-Up Requests — sent requests and candidate responses
- Hire Details — employment details (shown only when the application is in a Hired stage)
Sidebar:
- Activity Timeline — reverse-chronological event feed (requires
ViewJobDetails) - Discussion — team comments and @mentions (requires
ViewComments)
Who Can Access
Applications are accessed through a job. Access is controlled by the user's Job Role permissions for that job. Super Admins and Admins have full access to all applications across all jobs.
Common job-level permissions that affect applications:

Users with Global access scope see all jobs; users with Assigned scope only see jobs they are team members of.
