Connect VoiceHire with external email and calendar services.
Overview
Integrations let you connect VoiceHire with external services. Currently, you can configure an SMTP email server to send outgoing emails from your own account. Calendar sync (Google Calendar, Microsoft Teams, Zoom) is coming soon.

Access Integrations
- Go to the Integrations section in the sidebar
- Choose:
- Email for SMTP configuration
- Video Conferencing for platform integrations

VoiceHire has presets for these email providers:

Permissions
Requires the Super Admin or Admin org role to access Integrations.

Security Notes
- App Passwords: Gmail and Yahoo require app passwords, not regular passwords
- Encryption: Always use TLS or SSL for email connections
- Credentials: Passwords are encrypted before storage
- Disconnect: Remove integrations at any time
