Manage your personal profile and account security settings.
Overview
My Account lets you update your personal information and secure your account. Edit your profile details, change your password, and enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for extra security.

Quick Start
- Hover over your profile picture in the top navigation
- Select Profile or Settings from the dropdown
- Update your information
- Click Save Changes
Result: Your profile or account settings are updated.
Account Pages

The dropdown menu label says Settings, but the page that opens is titled Account (route: /user/account).
Profile Information
You can edit these fields on the Profile page:

Account Security
Protect your account with these features on the Account page:

| Password Change | Update your password (logs you out after change) |

Password Requirements
New passwords must meet these rules:
| Requirement | Description |
|---|---|
| Length | At least 8 characters |
| Uppercase | At least one uppercase letter (A-Z) |
| Lowercase | At least one lowercase letter (a-z) |
| Number | At least one digit (0-9) |
| Special Character | At least one special character (@$!%*?&#) |
Two-Factor Authentication
2FA adds a second step when you log in. After entering your password, you enter a code from your authenticator app.
Supported Authenticator Apps:
- Google Authenticator
- Microsoft Authenticator
- Authy
- 1Password
- Any TOTP-compatible app
Tips
- Keep your profile picture professional
- Use a strong, unique password
- Enable 2FA for better security
- Set the correct time zone for accurate interview scheduling
- Update your phone number if it changes
Example Workflow
Goal: Enable two-factor authentication
- Hover over your profile picture
- Select Settings (opens the Account page)
- Click Set Up Two-Factor Authentication
- Scan the QR code with your authenticator app
- Click Continue to Verification
- Enter the 6-digit code
- Click Verify
Result: 2FA is enabled. You need the code at every login.
