Billing
Manage your subscription, usage, and invoices.
Overview
The Billing module helps you manage your VoiceHire subscription. View your current plan, track usage limits, change plans, and access your invoice history.
Access: Go to Manage > Billing
Permission Required: SuperAdmin org role
Key Features

| Pending Changes | View and cancel scheduled plan changes |
| Low Credit Alerts | Banner and notifications when AI credits are low or exhausted |
Quick Start
- Go to Manage > Billing
- View your subscription summary
- Check your current usage
- Click Change Plan to go to the Plans page
- Select Invoices from the sidebar to view payment history

Billing Pages

The sidebar shows two navigation links: Overview and Invoices. The Plans page is only accessible by clicking the Change Plan button on the Overview page.
Subscription Information
The Overview page shows:

| Plan Details | Plan name, description, monthly/yearly prices |
| Status | Active, Cancelled, or Expired |
| Billing Cycle | Monthly or Yearly |
| Auto Renew | Whether the subscription renews automatically |
| Next Billing | Date of next charge |
| Days Remaining | Days left in current period |
Note: Trial subscriptions show a "Trial Period" banner with the end date.
Usage Metrics
Track your usage against plan limits:

|---|---|
| Active Jobs | Number of open job postings |
| Applications | Applications received this month |
| AI Credits | Available, used, and total credit balance |
| Summary | Within Limits or Approaching Limits |
Usage bars show percentage:
- Green - Under 60% of limit
- Yellow - 60-80% of limit
- Red - Over 80% of limit
Tips
- Check usage regularly to avoid hitting limits
- Consider yearly billing for cost savings
- Review pending changes before they take effect
- Upgrade before you hit plan limits
