Overview
Talent Pools help you group candidates for future opportunities. Create pools for skills, roles, or projects. Find the right candidates quickly when new jobs open.

Quick Start
- Click Talent Pools in the sidebar
- Click Create Pool
- Enter pool name and description
- Add required skills (optional)
- Choose a color
- Click Create Pool
Then add candidates to start building your pipeline.
When to Use Talent Pools

Permissions
All talent pool actions require the manageCandidates capability. This covers viewing, creating, editing, adding and removing candidates, and toggling pool status.
