AI Credits
Shows your AI credit balance. AI credits are consumed each time the system runs an AI operation (screening, interview, agent decision, etc.).
| Display | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Available Credits | Credits remaining and available for AI operations |
| Used Credits | Credits consumed so far |
| Total Credits | Total credits allocated to your account |

Credits are consumed at different rates depending on the AI operation. Voice screening and interviews consume more credits than text-based agent decisions.
When your available credits drop below 20% of your total, a warning banner appears at the top of the app. When credits reach zero, AI features are disabled until more credits are added.

Shows overall usage status based on jobs and application limits.
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Within Limits (green) | All usage below 80% |
| Approaching Limits (yellow) | One or more metrics above 80% |
Usage Bar Colors
The progress bars change color based on usage:
| Color | Usage Level | Action |
|---|---|---|
| Green | Under 60% | No action needed |
| Yellow | 60-80% | Consider upgrading soon |
| Red | Over 80% | Upgrade to avoid limits |
Low AI Credit Alerts
VoiceHire alerts SuperAdmin users automatically when AI credits are running low.
Warning Banner
A banner appears at the top of every page when your credit balance is low or exhausted:
| State | Trigger | Banner Color |
|---|---|---|
| Low credits | Available credits below 20% of total | Yellow |
| Credits exhausted | Available credits reach zero | Red |
The banner shows:
- A message describing the credit state
- The number of credits remaining (low-credit state only)
- A Manage Billing button that takes you directly to the Billing Overview page
- A dismiss button to hide the banner for the current session
Dismissing the banner is per-session only. It reappears when you next log in if the credit balance is still low.
AI Feature Blocked Notification
If a team member triggers an AI operation when credits are exhausted, they see a notification:
- SuperAdmin: "Your AI credits are exhausted — go to Manage → Billing to purchase more."
- All other users: "AI features are currently unavailable. Please contact your administrator."
