Application Overview
Opening any application displays a single scrollable page — no tabs. The main column contains all candidate data sections; the right sidebar shows the activity timeline and team discussions.
Access
Click any application name from a list view or Kanban board to open it. The URL pattern is /jobs/{jobId}/applications/{applicationId}/detail.
Header
The header is always visible at the top of the page and provides key information and actions.
| Element | Description |
|---|---|
| Name | Candidate full name |
| Stage Dropdown | Current pipeline stage — click to change. Moving to an earlier stage requires confirmation. Requires MoveApplications permission. |
| Rating | 5-star rating (visible only when not Rejected or Hired). Requires non-read-only access. |
| Bookmark | Toggle bookmark. Filled yellow when active. Hidden when Rejected or Hired. |
| Reject Button | Reject the application. Requires RejectApplications permission. Hidden when Rejected or Hired. |
| Job Link | Link to the job posting (opens in new tab) |
| Applied Date | When the candidate applied |
| Source | UTM source. Only shown when a source value exists. |
| Candidate email address (mailto link) | |
| Phone | Candidate phone number (tel link, if available) |
| Location | City, State, Country (shown when available) |
When a candidate is Rejected or Hired, the stage dropdown, rating, reject button, and bookmark are all hidden. A status badge (Rejected or Hired) is shown next to the candidate's name instead.
