  3. Required Qualifications (4-6 bullets) - Must-haves
  4. Preferred Qualifications (3-5 bullets) - Nice-to-haves

Use clear language. Avoid jargon.

Including compensation increases application rates.

After clicking Create & Next, the wizard advances automatically to Step 2 (Application Form). The wizard has five steps in total:

For Agencies

When creating jobs as a recruitment agency:

  • Client (required) - Select the client company. Shown as a dropdown before other fields. Cannot be changed after creation.

Additional settings are configured after job creation:

  • Billing Rates (Quoted and Agreed) — In the Overview > Configuration card (Job Specifications)
  • Team Members — Add your team with appropriate Job Roles from Step 5 of the wizard (Job Team)

Common Mistakes

  • Vague titles - Use "Senior Software Engineer" not "Rockstar Coder"
  • Unrealistic requirements - Don't require 10 years for mid-level roles
  • Missing compensation - Candidates skip jobs without salary info
  • Too long - Keep descriptions scannable (500-800 words)
