A Super Admin cannot be demoted if they are the last Super Admin in the organization. The role selector locks to Super Admin in that case.

Deactivate a User
Goal: Remove access for a user who should no longer log in.
Steps
- Go to Manage > Users
- Click the user to open their details
- Click Edit Profile
- Uncheck the Active checkbox
- Click Save Changes
Result: The user cannot log in. Their data and history are preserved and they can be reactivated later.
Always deactivate users when they leave the organization. Do not rely on removing job assignments alone — deactivation is the only way to prevent login.
