Table Customization

Customize table columns to show the information most relevant to your workflow.

Overview

Tables in VoiceHire support column customization including visibility toggles, reordering, and resizing. The Screener has the most advanced customization with grouped settings and quick presets.

Column Visibility

Show or hide columns to focus on the data you need.

Accessing Column Settings

Screener: Click the Columns button (gear icon) in the filter toolbar above the table.

Other tables: Click the Columns button in the pagination footer at the bottom of the table. A badge shows the number of hidden columns.

Toggling Columns

  1. Open the column settings panel
  2. Check or uncheck columns to show or hide them
  3. Changes apply immediately

At least one column must remain visible — the last visible column cannot be hidden.

In the column settings panel, grab the drag handle (dots icon) next to a column name and drag it to the desired position.

Column Resizing

Resize columns by dragging the edge of column headers.

  1. Hover over the right edge of a column header
  2. The cursor changes to a resize indicator
  3. Click and drag left or right to adjust width

Columns respect minimum and maximum width constraints.

State Persistence

Column customizations are maintained during your current session. Settings reset when you refresh the page.

Tips

  • Use the Scoring Focus preset when evaluating candidates
  • Hide location columns if all positions are remote
  • Resize the candidate name column wider when names are being truncated
  • Use Reset to quickly return to defaults if settings become cluttered
