Common Questions
Q: Why is my best source showing low conversions? A: Volume matters. LinkedIn may have more applicants but lower percentage converts than referrals with fewer but better-fit candidates.
Q: What is a good conversion rate? A: Industry average is 2-5%. Above 10% is excellent. Referrals typically convert at 30%+.
Q: How is "Best Source" calculated? A: It shows the source with the highest conversion rate (not the most applications).
