- Interview stage bottleneck? Add more interviewers or streamline
- Long time in a stage? Decision-makers may be slow
- Critical stages need immediate attention
Common Questions
Q: What is a healthy conversion rate? A: Varies by stage. Applied to Screened: 30-50%. Final stages: 60-80%.
Q: Why is my funnel so narrow? A: This is normal. More candidates apply than get hired. Focus on quality.
Q: How do I fix a bottleneck? A: Review the stage process. Add resources, reduce steps, or improve criteria.
Q: What does "Active Candidates" mean? A: Candidates currently in process. Not yet hired or rejected.
