VoiceHire is an AI-powered Applicant Tracking System (ATS) that manages hiring from job posting to offer acceptance. It includes AI-powered screening and interviews conducted by "Quinn," our AI agent.

How do I create an account?
- Go to app.voicehireats.com/signup
- Enter your details
- Verify your email
I didn't receive my verification email
- Check spam/junk folder
- Wait 10 minutes
- Request new verification from login page
- Contact support@voicehireats.com if still not received
What are the user roles?
VoiceHire uses a two-tier permission model:
Organization roles determine what areas of the app a user can access:

| Super Admin | Full access to everything, including Billing |
| Admin | Full access to all features and Manage settings |
| Member | Access defined by capabilities, access scope, and job role assignments |
Job roles determine what a Member can do within a specific job (view, move candidates, schedule interviews, etc.).

Jobs & Applications
How do I post a job?
- Jobs → + New Job
- Fill in details
- Configure application form
- Click Publish
Where do jobs appear?
On your career page at careers.voicehireats.com/your-company. Share the link anywhere.
What's the difference between a job and application?
- Job = A position you're hiring for
- Application = A candidate's submission to that job
One candidate can have multiple applications to different jobs.
AI Features
What is AI Interview?
Comprehensive 60-minute voice interview that:
- Evaluates technical and behavioral competencies
- Generates detailed transcript
- Provides multi-dimensional scoring
- Replaces or supplements human interviews
Can I trust AI evaluations?
Use AI as strong input, not sole decision-maker. AI provides consistent, bias-free assessment. Combine with human judgment for final decisions.
How accurate is voice recognition?
98% transcription accuracy across accents and technical terminology.

Can I upgrade or downgrade?
Yes. Upgrade takes effect immediately. Downgrade takes effect at next billing period.
