Overview

Variables insert dynamic content into your emails. Use the format {{VariableName}} in subjects and body content.

How Variables Work

Template: "Hi {{FirstName}}, your interview is on {{InterviewDate}}"

Common Issues

Variable appears in email instead of value

The variable name may be misspelled. Check the exact spelling from this reference.

Variable is empty

The data doesn't exist for this candidate or job. Ensure fields are filled in the system.

Variable not available
